Partner Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, a board-certified health care attorney and vice chair of �鶹ֱ��’s Health Care Practice Group, will present at the 2025 HCCA Honolulu Regional Healthcare Compliance Conference on October 23, 2025. Ferrante’s presentation is titled “Telemedicine Law in Hawaii and Nationwide: A 50-State Assessment of the Pre- and Post-PHE Landscape.”

Ferrante’s presentation will explore the ever-changing telehealth policy landscape and provide a practical discussion of hot topics in telehealth law and compliance, and what lawyers and compliance professionals can do to stay abreast in this rapidly changing area. Attendees will have the opportunity to gaze into the metaphorical ‘crystal ball’ to try and get some glimpses of what’s likely to come by examining federal and state policy trends and patterns.

The Health Care Compliance Association is a provider/sponsor, approved/accredited by the Alabama State Bar, the State Bar of California, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Rhode Island MCLE Commission, and the State Bar of Texas.  CLE credit for qualifying sessions will be available to participants of this conference licensed in these states.
