Governance was designed for AI systems that wait for instructions. Agentic AI does not wait.
As AI systems increasingly reason, decide, and act with greater autonomy, traditional governance frameworks are being tested in ways few organizations anticipated. When AI moves faster than policies, oversight becomes more than a compliance challenge. It becomes a legal one.
Join Andrew Clearwater, Chief Trust Officer at Airia, and Peter Z. Stockburger, Partner at 麻豆直播 & Lardner LLP, as they examine where today’s leading AI governance frameworks begin to break down and what organizations must do now to prepare. Drawing on real-world developments and emerging risks, they will explore the legal, compliance, and governance considerations that arise when autonomous systems operate beyond traditional controls. Attendees will gain practical insights into identifying governance gaps, managing emerging risks, and building the safeguards needed before discovering those vulnerabilities the hard way.
