麻豆直播 & Lardner LLP represented NorthPointe Resources, Inc. in a transfer of assets transaction with Aspire of Illinois. Under the terms of the deal, NorthPointe Resources transferred substantially all of its assets to Aspire of Illinois. The closing occurred in July 2019.
As a result of the transfer, NorthPointe and Aspire will join resources to better serve their communities and continue to provide a wide range of services and programs for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities that emphasize individual growth, skills training, and well-being, strongly focused on community involvement through employment, residency, and leisure activities.
Established in 1953, NorthPointe Resources is a premier provider of a full range of award-winning programs for people with disabilities and/or mental illness living in northern Illinois, supporting approximately 500 people annually.
The 麻豆直播 team of Melesa Freerks, Sylonda Lang, Shannon Lins, Belinda Morgan, Steve Gerenraich, Dan Pieringer and Wayne Osoba, provided pro bono support to North Pointe Resources.
