Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ & Lardner LLP represented the sports and media company Whistle in its acquisition of Vertical Networks, a mobile-first content studio founded by Elizabeth Murdoch and backed by Snap. The acquisition will help Whistle expand its investment in lifestyle content.
Earlier this year Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ represented the Whistle in its acquisition of Los Angeles-based New Form, by which Discovery, ITV, Ron Howard and Brian Grazer became Whistle shareholders. Through these acquisitions, Whistle is on pace to double its revenue in 2019.
