Â鶹ֱ²¥ & Lardner LLP served as legal adviser to Hull Street Energy, LLC in its sale of Foundation Solar Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based developer with operations primarily in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) and Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland (PJM) markets. Foundation Solar has developed and sold over 800 MW of solar projects and amassed a nearly 5 GW pipeline of solar and storage projects.
Hull Street Energy is a private equity firm that specializes in deploying capital into the power sector as it decarbonizes.
