The Human Rights Campaign’s CEI is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, developed by America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for LGBTQ+ people. It assesses companies on detailed criteria that fall under four central pillars:

• Non-discrimination policies across business entities
• Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
• Supporting an inclusive culture
• Corporate social responsibility

Â鶹ֱ²¥â€™s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria garnered the firm a perfect score of 100 and the designation as a recipient of the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
