Â鶹ֱ²¥ & Lardner LLP represented SiteSpect, a provider of A/B testing and digital experience optimization solutions, in its acquisition by Monetate, an AI-driven personalization platform.

The acquisition integrates client-side and server-side experimentation capabilities into Monetate’s platform, supports the ongoing development of AI-driven personalization, and positions Monetate to expand its services into regulated sectors such as health care and financial services.
