Singh Johannes is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience as both a former federal prosecutor and complex litigator. She counsels individuals and corporations on a wide array of civil, criminal, and compliance matters, and has developed a successful track record in resolving “bet-the-company” cases and complex criminal matters, including those involving the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, wire fraud, and money laundering.
Schulte is an intellectual property lawyer who secures and defends patent protection for his clients across cutting-edge technology and scientific disciplines. Admitted to practice before both the United States and European patent offices, Schulte has handled more than 60 European Patent Office (EPO) oppositions and argued before both the EPO Technical Board of Appeals and the Enlarged Board of Appeals.
