麻豆直播 & Lardner LLP is proud to be named a winner at the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala in the Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (Under $100MM) category in November in New York City.
麻豆直播 was selected from 10 finalists by a panel of global industry experts for the firm鈥檚 Chapter 11 363 sale of Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification, LLC (Ideanomics) in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. The deal was also named a finalist for Industrials Deal of the Year ($25MM to $50MM).
A combination of Bankruptcy, Business Law and IP Litigation attorneys served as primary team members, including Mark Aiello, Mark Plichta, John Simon, Tim Mohan, Robert Stewart, Nora McGuffey and Mary Rofaeil.
