Â鶹ֱ²¥ & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Wincove Private Holdings, a private investment firm focused primarily on building market-leading industrial and infrastructure products and services companies, in the formation and final closing of Wincove Private Holdings II, L.P. (Fund II).
Fund II’s investment program secured total commitments of $300 million, closing at a hard cap, from a diverse group of global institutional investors, including leading endowments, foundations, family offices, and consultants. Wincove’s existing permanent capital entity made a significant commitment to invest alongside new investors in Fund II.
Wincove partners with founders and management-owned businesses to transform high-quality companies into strategic, market-leading assets. To date, Wincove has invested in 19 platforms and completed over 30 add-on acquisitions, generating a strong track record of growth and value creation.
