�鶹ֱ�� & Lardner LLP served as U.S. legal advisor to Imad Ventures on its investment in AI-native pre-construction platform Neuron Factory.

Founded by former technology leaders from Microsoft and Waymo, Neuron Factory develops an AI-powered preconstruction platform designed to streamline workflows, augment project teams, and improve productivity across large-scale and complex construction projects. The investment will be used to accelerate delivery of the world’s first construction-focused knowledge graph and AI-native platform for the construction industry.

Imad Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Nesma & Partners, aims to support the evolution of a more modern construction industry. Imad Ventures invests in early-stage startups within the Built World, focusing on practical, innovative technologies that make building safer, faster, and more sustainable.

�鶹ֱ��’s venture capital team was led by partner Natasha Allen and associate Trevor Mullin and included partner Christopher Swift.
