Â鶹ֱ²¥ & Lardner LLP represented Mayville Engineering Company (NYSE: MEC), a leading value-added provider of design, prototyping and manufacturing solutions serving diverse end markets, in its underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $20.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $100 million. This includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 652,000 shares of common stock in the offering.

MEC intends to use the net proceeds received in the offering to reduce amounts outstanding under its senior secured revolving credit facility, fund capital expenditures focused on growth sectors, and support working capital and other general corporate purposes.

MEC is a leading U.S.-based, vertically-integrated, value-added manufacturing partner providing a full suite of manufacturing solutions from concept to production, including design, prototyping and tooling, fabrication, aluminum extrusion, coating, assembly, and aftermarket components.
