“Shout-out to a �鶹ֱ�� & Lardner team led by partner Nate Imfeld that secured a ruling from the First Circuit for client Daimler Truck North America striking down a Rhode Island law limiting car makers’ ability to establish a new dealership near its existing in-state dealerships, even outside the state,” Am Law writes. “The appellate court held this week that the state law violated the Dormant Commerce Clause, upholding a district court ruling.”
