Â鶹ֱ²¥ & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Canyon Creek Real Estate in its acquisition and debt financing of One Eleven Congress, a landmark office tower located at 111 Congress Avenue in downtown Austin, Texas. The acquisition highlights Canyon Creek’s strategy of acquiring well-located Class A office buildings in dynamic markets.

One Eleven Congress is a prominent and highly regarded property situated in Austin’s central business district, near Lady Bird Lake and some of the city’s most recognizable commercial, residential, and hospitality destinations. The 30-story tower is a defining feature of the downtown Austin skyline and includes office space as well as ground-floor retail and dining amenities.
