Beth Boland Named to NACD Directorship 100™
鶹ֱ & Lardner LLP partner Beth Boland has been named a 2026 National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) honoree in the Governance Professionals category.
The NACD Directorship 100™ Awards recognizes 100 of the nation’s leading directors, executives, and governance professionals whose leadership, judgment, and oversight help shape the future of corporate governance and drive long-term value for the organizations they serve.
Boland “served as president and chair of the New England Chapter of NACD since 2016 and advises corporations on shareholder litigation risks through her longtime chairmanship of the Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice and other senior management roles at 鶹ֱ & Lardner,” NACD writes. Her board service includes appointments as “an independent board member for the Massachusetts Technology Corporation and the state lottery, and as president of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.”
Honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony in New York on December 7, 2026.
