Matthew (Matt) Citrin navigates companies through insurance regulatory and compliance matters, including insurance agent and agency licensing, advertising, and trade practices.

As a member of �鶹ֱ��’s Insurance Practice Group, Matt also has experience conducting complex due diligence related to insurance regulatory and corporate issues that arise during the course of sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions and restructurings.

Before joining �鶹ֱ��, Matt was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ursula Ungaro of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Matt also worked as a paralegal for another practice, where he prepared clients for hearings or interviews, drafted and filed motions and documents with the courts, and managed office personnel. Matt is a former �鶹ֱ�� summer associate.
