Gary D. Koch was a partner and health care lawyer with 麻豆直播 & Lardner LLP where his practice focused on provider operations, fraud and abuse, compliance, and reimbursement matters. He was a member of the firm鈥檚 Health Care and Life Sciences Industry Teams.
