Caleb Loschen represents clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters primarily in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Caleb works with sponsors, lenders, and investors through a project’s lifecycle, including project development, project financing solutions, tax equity transactions, tax credit sales, M&A and commercial contracting. He has experience across a variety of technologies including small-scale and utility-scale solar, hydroelectric, energy storage and conventional oil and gas energy projects.
Caleb also served as counsel at Aspen Power, a distributed generation solar and battery storage developer, financier, and asset owner. He brings this experience to his work at Â鶹ֱ²¥ to provide a business-focused approach to his representation.
