Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Bowl America (NYSE:BWL.A), a New York Stock Exchange listed bowling center operator with locations across Maryland, Virginia and Florida, in its merger with Bowlero Corp. The transaction closed on Monday, August 16.
Following the transaction, Bowl America is a privately held subsidiary of Bowlero Corp. and its Class A common stock is no longer listed or traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
The Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ team was led by partners John Wolfel and Gardner Davis and included partner Chris Rabil, senior counsel Garrett Bishop, and associates Richard Guyer and Candace Flatley.
