Celia Janes advises businesses on a variety of heath care regulatory matters and helps navigate complex legal challenges in the health care industry. Celia is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and is based in the Los Angeles office. She began at �鶹ֱ�� as a summer associate, where she provided analysis on state laws affecting health care providers and federal health care statutes and regulations.

Celia assists clients in navigating regulatory challenges throughout the United States, with a focus on helping health care organizations understand evolving compliance obligations and reimbursement requirements. She regularly monitors and analyzes updates to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement policies, state licensure requirements, and other regulatory developments that may affect providers and other stakeholders in the health care industry.

Prior to joining �鶹ֱ��, Celia served as an intern at the Supreme Court of the United States in the Curator’s Office. She attended the Duke University School of Law, where she worked with the Bolch Judicial Institute. She also represented clients as a student attorney in a variety of matters, including living wills and special education advocacy. During law school, Celia interned with the University of California Office of the President, where she analyzed complex health care regulations and the impacts of the Full Faith and Credit Clause. After graduating from Duke, Celia served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Karen E. Scott in the U.S. District Court, Santa Ana, California.
